1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between vs99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service, product, or feature available at https://vs99.io and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces (collectively, the "vs99 Platform").

By registering an account on vs99, by depositing funds, by placing any bet or wager, or by otherwise using any feature of the vs99 Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and vs99. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to cease using the vs99 Platform immediately and close your account by contacting the vs99 support team.

These Terms should be read together with the vs99 Privacy Policy and the vs99 Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on the vs99 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, matched deposit bonus, free bet, or other incentive credited to a Player's Account by vs99.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player from their own financial resources, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds (and/or deposit amounts, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot game, crash game, live dealer game, sports bet, or other wagering product made available on the vs99 Platform.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bonus credit, or wagering activity processed through a Player's Account.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the exclusive currency of the vs99 Platform.

3. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the vs99 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. vs99 enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all Players. This requirement is non-negotiable and is applied without exception.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of a commercial entity.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have the full legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by vs99 or any other gaming platform.

vs99 may request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued national identification, passport, or other documentation that confirms your full legal name, date of birth, and residential address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by vs99 may result in account suspension, withholding of withdrawals, or permanent account closure.

vs99 employs automated and manual age verification procedures. In any case where there is reasonable doubt as to a Player's age, vs99 will suspend the account pending verification. Any winnings accumulated on a suspended account during this period may be withheld until verification is completed.

4. Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the vs99 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds held in all associated accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent stage is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. vs99 will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified vs99 of a potential security breach.

5. Account Security

vs99 implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption on all data transmissions, OTP-based two-step verification, and automated session timeout after periods of inactivity. These measures are designed to protect your account and your BDT balance.

You are responsible for ensuring that the device and network connection you use to access vs99 are reasonably secure. You must not access the vs99 Platform over unsecured or publicly shared Wi-Fi networks without appropriate protective measures.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, or if you believe your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify the vs99 support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. vs99 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access that occurred before notification was received.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vs99 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, and Visa / Mastercard (where applicable). All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vs99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification tier. Players who have completed full identity verification may be eligible for higher transaction limits. Current limits are displayed in the Finance / Wallet section of the Platform.

6.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your vs99 Account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) Business Days to be credited. vs99 does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, for which vs99 accepts no responsibility.

6.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours, depending on the payment method and the time of request. Withdrawals are paid exclusively to the payment method registered on the Player's Account. vs99 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or where account activity presents unusual patterns.

6.5 Same-Origin Policy

Funds must be deposited from and withdrawn to the same mobile wallet or bank account registered to the Player's vs99 Account. vs99 will not process withdrawals to a third-party account or to a payment method not previously used for deposits on the account, except in circumstances approved by vs99 management following written verification.

6.6 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. vs99 reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified in advance of any such fee. Any remaining balance will be preserved and returned to the Player upon account reactivation subject to identity verification.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

vs99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to Players aged 21 and above who hold a verified vs99 Account in good standing.
• Each bonus is subject to a minimum wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 15x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds. Real Money Funds are used first in all wagering activity; Bonus Funds are applied subsequently unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded from wagering requirement fulfilment entirely. The specific contribution rates are stated in each individual bonus offer.
• Bonus offers have a validity period. Any Bonus Funds not used and any associated winnings not withdrawn within the stated validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• vs99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or fraudulent activity.
• A Player may only hold one active welcome bonus at a time. Attempting to claim the same welcome bonus multiple times is prohibited.
• Bonuses offered during specific seasonal periods — such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or BPL season — are subject to the specific promotional terms published for those campaigns and are available for a limited time only.

8. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the vs99 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the Game or sporting event on which they are placed. By placing a bet or wager, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that Game.

vs99 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed in error, placed on a suspended market, placed after the outcome of an event was already determined, or placed under circumstances that suggest system exploitation, data feed errors, or manifest pricing errors. In all such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account balance.

For sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international matches, and other cricket and sports events — the settlement rules and void conditions are determined by the specific event rules published on the vs99 Platform at the time the bet is placed. Results are settled based on official scores and results published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, or other applicable authority).

In the event of a technical failure, communication breakdown, or software malfunction that affects the outcome of a Game or bet, vs99 will investigate the incident and reserves the right to void affected bets, settle at the last valid state of the game, or apply other remediation measures at its reasonable discretion. Players will be notified of the outcome of any such investigation.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vs99 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating or using more than one Account on vs99, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Initiating a deposit using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment credentials, or subsequently initiating a chargeback on a genuine deposit.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players, whether on vs99 or through external communication, to gain an unfair advantage in any Game, particularly live dealer games and poker variants.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with Games.
• Match Fixing and Insider Betting: Placing bets on sporting events based on non-public information or in connection with any scheme to manipulate the outcome of an event.
• Money Laundering: Using the vs99 Platform in connection with any attempt to conceal, convert, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity.
• Underage Gaming: Allowing or facilitating access to the vs99 Platform by any individual under the age of 21.
• Account Transfer: Transferring, selling, or assigning your vs99 Account or the funds contained within it to any third party.

vs99 employs monitoring systems to detect prohibited activities. Where a violation is identified, vs99 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and permanently close the account. In cases involving suspected financial crime, vs99 reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

10. Responsible Gaming

vs99 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players aged 21 and above. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players and can be accessed via the account settings panel or by contacting the vs99 support team:

11. Intellectual Property

All content available on the vs99 Platform, including but not limited to the vs99 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, game content (supplied under licence from third-party game providers), text, graphics, images, video content, and promotional materials, is the property of vs99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vs99 Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of vs99.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — is licensed to vs99 and is subject to those providers' own intellectual property rights. Any use of such content outside the vs99 Platform is strictly prohibited.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

vs99 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, payment processors, and fraud prevention services where required by law or for the prevention and detection of financial crime.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vs99's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vs99 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if vs99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

vs99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from technical errors, or that any specific game or feature will be available at any given time. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Planned maintenance periods will be communicated to Players in advance where possible.

vs99 accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including network outages, payment provider disruptions, force majeure events, acts of government, or natural disasters.

14. Suspension and Termination

vs99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or improper activity associated with the Account.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• A request from a regulatory authority, financial institution, or law enforcement body.
• The Player's voluntary request to close their Account.
• A Player's confirmed death, provided that a verified next-of-kin or legal representative contacts vs99 with supporting documentation.

Upon permanent account closure, any Real Money Funds held in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification and provided no active investigation is pending. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon account closure. Withdrawal of Real Money Funds may be delayed where an investigation into the account is ongoing.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the vs99 support team via live chat. Players seeking to close their Account for responsible gaming reasons will be directed to the self-exclusion tool described in Section 10 of these Terms.

15. Amendments

vs99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. 16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the general principles of commercial law, as interpreted by vs99's legal advisors in the jurisdiction of the Platform's operation.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and vs99, the Player must first submit a formal complaint to the vs99 support team at [email protected] and allow vs99 a reasonable period — not less than fourteen (14) Business Days — to investigate and respond. vs99 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours of receipt and will provide a substantive response within the investigation period.

If a formal complaint cannot be resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal complaints procedure, the Player may seek resolution through other available dispute resolution channels. vs99 is committed to good-faith resolution of all Player disputes and will cooperate fully with any recognised third-party dispute resolution process.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
